the toucan music exchange
The Toucan Music Exchange - October 2018
The task was to create a logo for The Toucan Music Exchange, a co-project between the former Toucan Club and the Exchange Hotel, both in Cardiff. The clients were looking to embrace a unique identifier that sets the programme apart from its competitors in the design of their logo. Whilst fitting both the history and values of both institutions, the design should aim to be fresh, distinct and memorable. My logo design uses the iconic clock face on the Exchange Hotel logo and the colourful beak of a toucan.
The banner features the icon with the text to the side. This would be used in headers and social media banners.
